Rome has now reached its 6th Critical Mass birthday. We support this spontaneous movement which challenges the noice and pollution of cars and mopeds on its own field. Take a look at it here.
Critical Mass is an international event which takes place in more than 400 cities around the world, each last Friday of each month, when cyclists, spontaneously and in massive way, go riding through the streets of their city, usually busy with cars.
Rome needs it a lot, while on the one hand in boast 150km of bycicle paths, most of it is out of the center and only a tiny percentage of Romans uses the bycicle as main transportation. On top of it the new administration of Romeis liberalizing access and parking to the center, therefore taking the wrong direction.
