Seems promising with speakers like Kaufer of Tripadvisor and TJ Mahony of Flipkey that we can't wait to meet and listen to.
VRMA so far not particularly welcoming though, we've been refused membership (on grounds that they only operate the American market, but we've now opened NYC Reference and MiamiReference, so that doesn't stand, really) and getting a reply has required so far an average 4.5days and 3 emails. I guess they must be overloaded right now, I'll keep the blog posted on the proceedings and the conference experience anyhow.
